Refund and Returns Policy

If you buy a new or used piano from our store, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We are willing to work with our customers, and of course if the instrument is faulty or not as promised, our warranty policy can be applied. We may be able to offer a return for your piano on an individual basis on application to the store. If you choose to return your piano, you will be liable for all costs of initial delivery and return.

We are unable to offer returns on sheet music for copyright reasons.

If you purchase an accessory like benches, metronomes or covers, we will accept returns as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided.
