Our Terms & Conditions of Service

  • We sell new and used acoustic pianos, including grands and uprights. We also sell piano-related accessories such as piano covers, benches, string covers, metronomes, caster cups and sheet music. We offer piano tuning and servicing, piano restoration, piano inspection and written valuations.
  • Our hours of instore retail trading are 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. We also open by appointment any day during the week between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Online orders are processed in the order they are placed and are generally completed within 48 hours.
  • Customers can place orders using our website, our inhouse online booking system, in person or by phone or email.
  • Our pianos start from $3300 including local delivery, tuning, matching bench and 5-year warranty. Accessories are as marked. Any items purchased from our store require immediate payment using EFTPOS, bank transfer, cash or cheque. No items will be delivered until full payment is received.
  • Any services are to be paid for on the day of service, or an invoice can be issued on request with seven day payment terms. We carry an EFT machine to offer card payment services on site.
  • Any delayed payments will be followed up and once more than two weeks overdue may incur late fees of $1 per day from invoice due date. Any residual non-payment may be sent to debt recovery services.
  • Our pianos are all sold with a five year warranty that includes faults, performance issues and lifting veneers. The warranty does not cover broken strings or accidental or wilful damage.
  • Our shipping policy outlines our delivery policies. Should you have any problems with your delivery, please let us know via phone or email and we will resolve to the best of our abilities.
  • We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our site unless a purchase is made. We do not collect financial details at any time. All payments from online purchases can be paid via PayPal or personal bank transfer and are subject to those security restrictions.
  • We may email our customers from time to time with product updates or sales notifications. Should you wish to unsubscribe from any of our communications please just hit ‘unsubcribe’ or send us an email asking to be removed from any mailing lists.
  • We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law for all customers.
  • Returns information is available on our returns policy page.
  • Any complaints lodged in writing will be responded to in kind and we will offer rectification if reasonable to do so.
  • All goods in transit are covered by our insurance and should you have any issues please get in touch.
